  Totally unacceptable service for a fast food restaurant along a major interstate. Trash piled high, service station a mess, out of ketchup, napkins. Sandwich left sitting while frys finish. Bun cold on one side and hard and dry on the other. Clerk gets fries ready to go on tray, sets them down and goes to help someone on the drive up lane. Makeregister ips to put chicken nuggets on tray and dipping sauce. If you have an hour plus to eat go somewhere else. Clerk who took order very polite and friendly. She left register to fill ketchup. I wanted a frosty to go but didn't want to stand in line for 30 mins. At one point coke was out and that's what they told the customers. Tables dirty bathrooms a mess.

  We were just driving through from Columbia and got our food to go. I spilled my medium drink in the parking lot, but she replaced it with a large at no charge. "Wait for food" complaint be damned, she gave good service even before my drink decided to spill itself.
